#4. No. He cannot ignore the ruling but the Court gave him an “out” in that the government can rework their DACA rulings.

That should be the way to go, all the way back to the Supreme Court which would look like shit if they turned down their own solution to the legal issues before them.

No he cannot. But what DoJ should do IMO is to use the APA against DACA. If Trump’s action was in violation of APA’s protocols, so was Obama’s action in declaring DACA as none of the requirements of the APA were followed by Obama.

If Trump gets reelected, should Trump start telling the Surpreme Court to shove it and do what he wants anyway? Absolutely.

It’s about time we have someone provide checks and balances against their stupid and corrupt decisions.

Dunno why not...oDongo, The messiah, certainly did.
This decision should help in the next SCOTUS pick once the Reaper comes to “harvest” Lil’ Ruthie, which we pray to happen any day now. Trump can now select the most conservative candidate possible and put force on the issue based on this decision.
