In America, the number of cases is increasing only in States which never got hit hard. Meanwhile, the number of deaths is flat or declining in those States.
This means nothing more than that more mild cases are being caught by increased test volume.
North Carolina antibody testing shows 8 to 10% of the population has been infected, meaning only one in twenty infections is actually reflected by a “case” in that State’s data.
Anybody hyping “skyrocketing cases” is merely trying to create panic and destroy the economy, especially small businesses.
