One of his former crimes was cruelty to children.
Why would people want to celebrate a man who was convicted of child cruelty?
I said “he was drunk, so he had to be arrested for DUI”.
She said “he was parked”. I said, he was “parked” in the line at a drive-thru, so clearly he drove into the line while drunk, and then passed out. Clearly he was driving drunk, our laws about that are really strict, we are not allowed to release drunk drivers with a warning.
Unfortunately, and I’m surprised the cops didn’t know this, he was on probation, and had prior convictions, and an arrest was going to send him back to prison, and THAT was why he was being so cooperative (to avoid arrest), and that is why he became violent (when he realized he was getting arrested).
I cannot imagine why the cop would have kicked him after shooting him, so I don’t actually believe that, but I haven’t seen video of the supposed kick, just some blown-up fuzzy pictures from the prosecutor.
Occurred to me they were trying to be lenient on him: was nearly a half hour delay until they did the breathalyzer test, giving time for his body to flush enough alcohol out of his system to pass (takes about 2 hours from drink to practically 0.0).
That bonus on top of the time from last drink, past drive to restaurant, thru passing out, then to employee noticing & calling 911, and on to the cops actually showing up.
Guy had at least an hour for his liver to do its job before the test.
He STILL blew >0.1 !
Has she been arrested?
