We are not much resistance. I don’t think the looters and rioters and burners are terrified by our posts :-)

There’s a few hundred real resistors across the country. They are protecting some towns and statues.

I think not many of our neighbors are affected and that’s why we are not out there.

Hopefully it won’t come to that

That’s the point, though. The first war for our liberty was fought by roughly 6% of the population at the time (incorrectly identified as the 3%).

Mel Gibson as The Patriot illustrates that most early Americans were pro-British or agnostic. His character was “nominally Pro-British,” until his family was personally affected, and he fought.

American history is replete with examples of how we mind our own business until we have to MAKE it our business.

I would stand beside my neighbors in a heartbeat if their livelihoods or property were at risk, and I know many of them would do the same for me. That is the essence and responsibility of liberty.

I would prefer to sit here and work quietly or go outside and play with my dogs, but I will still accept the burden of doing what needs to be done should it fall on me.

The other side thinks we’re just blustering. We will talk until we don’t. Then they’re going to fear our silence.

I am proud to say that many of my FRiends here, my true brothers and sisters, would do the same. We owe a tremendous debt to those who made this all possible, and I know we would accept the call to arms to collect on it.
