I have a jack-ass neighbor who has mental issues. He has cameras everywhere on his property. He’ll call the cops on other people in the neighborhood and claim they did this or that, and when the officers ask about video footage, he always claims the camera system didn’t work that time.
It might be your neighbor put the cameras up to scare people and never intended for them to work. Sort of like your average Democrat.
