Now come the herd of TV lawyers pointing out the district judge’s options for delay or appeal.
The obvious option shall be not so obvious to them.

I’m candidly surprised.
The DOJ released another damning note yesterday from the corrupt FBI. The swamp must know more is coming.

Excellent news. Justice actually prevailed.

This also serves to show what a good lawyer Sydney Powell is and it shows what a bunch of quacks the Eric Holder law firm was. Flynn needs to sue them for damages.

The Circuit Court is covering for the District Court judge who made a lot of improper decisions while trying to build a case against dismissing the case. By doing this, the judge is saved from a detailed review of his biased and improper decisions down the road.

This does not stop at just the Flynn suit being tossed out.
Justice Dept (if we still can trust them) and The Right needs to dig into how the case was brought about.
Flynn and his attorney(s) need to make REAL people pay for the travesty of justice.

The dissenting judge: ″ This appears to be the first time that we have issued a writ of mandamus to compel a district court to rule in a particular manner on a motion without first giving the lower court a reasonable opportunity to issue its own ruling, Wilkins wrote. This is the first time a judge has attempted to be a prosecutor, so of course it's the first slap-down.
