A U.S. appeals court on Wednesday directed a federal judge to drop the criminal case against President Donald Trump’s former national security adviser Michael Flynn as demanded by the Justice Department, preventing a judicial review of the propriety of the request.
In a split decision, a three-judge panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit ruled in favor of Flynn and the Trump administration in preventing U.S. District Judge Emmet Sullivan from exercising his discretion on whether to grant the department’s motion to clear Flynn, who twice pleaded guilty.

Coming out of the DC circuit...a pretty big surprise for Sullivan. He was so damn sure of himself. But he pulled similar cr** before.

It is ridiculous, but I am glad it is over for Flynn. It is telling that the longer it dragged out the more exculpatory info kept popping up. I guess that is over now and we won’t hear much about the additional exculpatory info that likely exists.

Face it. There no longer exists an “independent” judiciary. Democrat appointed judges remain leftist ideologues in robes. They almost never deviate from the party line no matter how absurd and harmful to the country. elections matter greatly.
I’ll bet the evening news leads with this, instead of sympathizing with the rioters and the skyrocketing Covid deaths and the systemic racism as Whites target Blacks at every level, and the collapsing economy (that is growing) and Joe Biden’s runaway lead in the polls.
My gut tells me that it’s the Obama “judge”.
I, Bill Barr, am trying to bury all the bodies where they will never be found and this clown judge keeps this case going where the troublesome defense lawyer keeps digging them up. In the latest twist, the Justice Department disclosed to a federal court Tuesday it has located a new page of notes from Peter Strzok, the former lead FBI agent in the Russia collusion investigation, that are exculpatory to former national security adviser Michael Flynn.
Acting U.S. Attorney Michael Sherwin informed U.S. District Judge Emmet Sullivan of the discovery in a midday court filing, revealing the single page of notes were believed to have been taken by Strzok during the critical juncture of early January 2017 when FBI agents recommended shutting down their investigation of Flynn only to be overruled by FBI superiors.
