Nine dance studios from across Ohio have filed a lawsuit seeking to overturn the DeWine administrations coronavirus reopening restrictions, as well as receive government compensation for being forced to close.
The lawsuit, filed by two Northeast Ohio attorneys in Lake County Common Pleas Court, is the latest in a series of suits seeking to tear down state and local health orders that kept most Ohio businesses closed for weeks then allowed them to reopen only if they followed a long list of health rules.
The suit, which seeks class-action status, was filed against Gov. Mike DeWine, Ohio Department of Health interim director Lance Himes (though the suit consistently misspells his name as Hines), ex-ODH director Dr. Amy Acton, and a range of other state and local officials. It claims the coronavirus orders violate state law, as well as the Ohio and U.S. constitutions guarantees of due process, equal protection, and no taking of property without compensation.

Also, very serious and talented dance students in Ohio may have a hard time competing against dance students in other states who have been able to continue classes.

Our governor basically outlawed weddings. The bakery I work at went from 37 employees to 4. They told us yesterday they may close for good on 01 july.
No big deal, just a family business that opened in 1985.
Family businesses will be a thing of the evil capitalist past in the new enlightened era as the serfs toil in people’s factories and collectivist farms.
An elitist liberal dream scenario.

57:00 mark for Jack Windsor’s remarks regarding testing. We’re being misled.
Thank you...I’ll be using the info to write a letter to the editor of my local newspaper.
Jack is a reporter at Mansfield’s WMFDtv. Not in my area (Dayton) but he’s the only one ‘speaking truth to power’. (What kind of an response is “we can argue statistics...we can get down and quibble about the numbers...skewing numbers...or conspiracy theory that this is not occurring”.
Anyway, here is Jack’s testimony 3 weeks ago in support of House Bill 624....

He’s the real deal. Wish we had more like him.
We do need more like him!
On Tuesday, when I gathered the state's Covid-19 numbers into percentages of population, I sent it to the “I-team” at Cleveland's WJW and asked them to look into why the state and the MSM aren't spreading this good news. Never heard back from them. I thought they might look into it because they tried to get answers as to why Ohio isn't reporting Covid-19 recoveries.
Here is a link to the story about Covid-19 recoveries (another run around) - https://fox8.com/news/i-team/i-team-odh-doesnt-know-when-theyll-list-the-number-of-covid-19-recoveries/
