They certainly appear very positive these days if anyone actually believes them. Though I have to say the Biden/Obama virtual fund raiser was about as awful I've heard Obama...and apart from tooting his own horn he didn't have anything to say that Biden actually did. Neither of them denoted any degree of energy....
