There was a poll asking how parents felt about returning their children to school after the virus.
50% of black parents wanted have their kids continue schooling at home.
Bet this number will be even higher now.

I would just abolish school boards, which have mostly been captured by teachers unions and radical leftists, and have a school superintendent appointed by the mayor, who would be held responsible for school performance, with hire/hire ability.
