I’d accept that... at least a mandatory 5 years in the pen and $25k fine PER fraudulent ballot.

A sentence that will never be enforced has no deterrent effect at all.

Vote fraud is endemic because there is very little risk of getting caught. And if your guy wins, there is almost no chance of being prosecuted.

Voter registrations should automatically expire every nine years and required in-person presence with ID to renew. Voters who do not vote in two consecutive regular elections should be automatically dropped from the rolls.

Addresses with more than four registered voters should be subject to inquiries.

This would go a long way to curbing vote fraud.
