I did a review of FR keywords and will revise my comment. His Las Vegas affair wasn't just a misstep and Fox, then under Roger Ailes, gave him a pass following a "time out" requested by Henry. If Ed followed the straight and narrow since then he should be given a pass for actions before then. However, the Fox corporate culture is now much stricter on sexual matters since Ailes was fired and they have paid out millions in settlements, most of which go into lawyers pockets.
