Portland is the pattern. Leftist mayors will order police to stand down until the feds must be brought in.
The sanctuary city mayors should all be arrested and taken into custody as well as the RAT city council members and any other immigration law violators.
Then they need to drill down, even past the current chiefs of police if necessary, until they find some decent leadership for the cops. Then let them do their job.
