The author of the article could not find his own ass with both hands and a map. This is some thug that ran from the cops, jumped down 10 feet and shattered his lower legs/feet. The only thing the author got right is this was a CHOP/CHAZ loser. Author is an idiot. I am in the Midwest and know more about what is happening in his own backyard than this guy.
