Sure, it does happen. It just didn't happen in this case, where the head of a hospital--who gets paid a $30,000 bounty if someone is recorded as dying of the WuFlu--tells an unverifiable "last regrets" story of someone, yet can't competently describe the alleged victim's sex. That's one helluva witness you are, lady.
(What's with "they"? Did the patient have lice from your hospital's sheets and they all died together?)
