I am agreeing with you and that may not be popular. I will add something, the policy in most metro-areas is the cops carry narcon for fentanyl distress and they are trained to recognize it. If the MPD did not provide the narcon and training the cops may not have understood what was going on. Especially the rookie cop.

Narcan.

Narcan almost instantly shuts down opiate effects in the brain.

If given to someone who is not overdosing on opiates it does nothing....no side-effects.

Is available as a simple nasal spray..the afflicted need not be breathing...but has to have a pulse so the Narcan can be forced into the brain.
