Everyone will need to wear new modern safety masks.

They'll resemble a wrap around motorcycle helmets, protecting entry of the virus into your ear canals, nose, mouth and eyes and it will also protect against lice. They'll have sensors built into them which will send signals to the authorities if the helmet is removed while in public.
