Exactly why i have been covering this for over a month.After looking at what there is about the hydroelectric power system and the three gorges dam it appears destined for failure.
A number of reasons,bad concrete,many welds that failed,the dam was never anchored to the bedrock of the bottom of the river and on and on and on.it was always a disaster in the making and will fail one day,who knows when.
also it's built on a fault-line and inspires earthquakes which have already happened.
built to keep the Yangtze river from overflowing its banks and endangering 400-600 million people the corruption during the build ensured it would fail.
Also the area has endured the worst rainfall in at least 40 years if not longer creating red warning the worst china has.
