Well I was -1 years old in 1957-’58, so I have no personal knowledge of mask wearing or “lockdowns”, but “older” folk I have talked to about it don’t remember any. As far as ‘68-’69 goes I don’t remember anything special going on (I did grow up in a very rural area tho. besides my brother, it was 1 mile to the nearest playmate (social distancing??). ;-). And it didn’t seem to affect “Woodstock” any...no masks in view in photos of the concert I have seen.

I’ve been saying all along that Trump needs to find some sane and competent doctors who will apply common sense to this situation and add them to his task force. Who knows? Tony might become so unhappy with being challenged every day that he might decide to retire.

Can’t POTUS relieve Fauxchi of his CV Task Force duties? Put him on *special* assignment, somewhere else?
Weeks ago when rumors were flying that the task force would be shut down Trump sent a cryptic tweet saying it would stay in business but “we may add or remove members”.
I really wish he would act on that.
Was that in the GQ issue or the Glamor mag?
Nobody I have talked to even remembers the 1950-60s “pandemics” when I ask them. Yet those events were worse than what we are going through now. Something changed. I wonder what that could be?
