If they drop their police force to what they are talking about, the racial angle is going to be pretty much meaningless. They will simply have no law enforcement at all, which is the goal.
The goal is not no law enforcement. Once the existing force is reduced, they will be replaced with SJW public safety officers who will selectively enforce the law. In a word, tyranny.
