I have lived in the projects a short time and been in them many times.
It’s not a torture. It’s a mild inconvenience.
Maybe they wanted the baby at the time. Now they don’t.
So few men and women there have any self control when it comes to sex or protection.
There are few morals or ethics.
Alcohol and narcotics abound.

You are thinking like someone who is rational and concerned. Those traits don’t exist much in these places.

Those are all choices they make and they KNOW better. Most are Christians and they KNOW the rules and choose to break them.
Some day they will have to meet their Maker and explain their behavior to Him. What will be hardest to explain to Him will be the consequences of their behavior: "daddyless" children...something that shouldn't happen to any child.

In Africa, poverty abounds, but men take responsibility--they marry FIRST, then have children. Poverty doesn't have ANYTHING to do with morality.
