They are stretching and our concern trolls are biting...he is not proclaiming any federal requirement and while masks don’t help a person keep from catching the virus, they can lessen the area affected by a sick person. W/o the rest of the hygiene they are truly useless and it seems that folks have gotten tired of washing their hands and keeping their hands from their faces...we’re now on the road to herd immunity whether the Fauci’s of the world like it or not.
My favorite analogy is banging a nail with a screwdriver, not using a tool correctly can be just as bad, if not worse, than no tool at all.
