if a worker fails to come back to work, he should be cut off of unemployment immediatelly.
Will you pay them the same amount they’re collecting in enhanced UE benefits if you reopen and they come back to work?
In most cases I already was.... plus some.....
Is everyone on FR thats bitchin about unemployment who originally got and subsequently is going to get a new $1200 government check going to give it back?
Ok for me but not for thee...
Actually..yes! The money is being sent to spend and circulate in the economy, so that all boats will rise. It’s a gift for all businesses when you look at it from the right perspective.
Giving it back is counterproductive to its intent. Hopefully your business will benefit.
I agree, however, the same effect is there when you increase the unemployment amount as well.
There is no effective difference.....
It basically ends up how much is it costing the US Dollar on currency market. The USD has been incredibly powerful the last 20-30 years. I remember a bit when a British Pound was 2x a USD. Now it’s maybe 1.2X. The Yuan is pegged, so it doesn’t matter. Against any floating currency USD has done incredibly well even with all the deficit spending.
