Per the DOJ tweets are “offficial statments from the president” so he is on record officially asking about delaying the election.
2017 DOJ made that determination so he couldn’t block nuisance folks from his Twitter statements....once again, context and ability to discern it are crucial....If they were actually official statements, Twitter couldn’t “amend” anything he puts out there either.
