Many, if not most restaurants in Manhattan have had thin margins to begin with.

I understand it to be that a restaurant doesn't make money until it's at 60-65% capacity. So if that's nationwide, and I believe it is, the entire industry is gone.

I guarantee that Covid restrictions are going to go away, and Covid is going to become like a cold. That said, the restaurant industry is going to need to adapt to survive, and there are definitely ways they can alter their models and do that.

On the other hand, at least dating will become cheaper.
