“Euro market AA batteries that have some tested anti-CM capabilities.”
The Oerlikon Skyshield?
Among others, yes. SAAB has one as well, IIRC. The French and Italians have the SAMP/T truck based system firing the Aster (which the Royal Navy calls Sea Viper) missile, which is very capable (intended to kill advanced agile seaskimming supersonic cruise missiles).
Elsewhere, there is the Indian AAD and the Indo-Israeli Barak-8 development programs (which makes sense - since India helped develop one of the most fearsome cruise missiles on the market today in the form of the BraMos series, they are also interested in defending against similar missiles.) The Israelis also have the fully operational David’s Sling/Magic Wand advanced air defense system that is known to be able to kill cruise missiles.
