If I were a judge, and this suit were brought before me, I'd say, "Get the f*** out of my f***ing court, and if I ever see your worthless ass in here again I'll cite you for contempt, and you'll be arrested, handcuffed, taken to prison, and raped." And that's just what I'd say to the attorney.
The problem is that we now have judges and political leaders who think that is a brilliant argument — BECAUSE they cannot discriminate anything that makes any sense, and are proud of that fact — and even leading the chanting.
