How can anyone be so ignorant. Dick Gregory stated plainly that hurricanes are caused by the female spirit of Africa angrily following the slave trade routes from Africa to the United States. The female spirit herself does not know that the majority of African slaves were boated to the Southern Hemisphere where they don’t have hurricanes,on the east coast.
