SEATTLE — A grocery store cashier who was on his way to work was brutally beaten after being asked if “black lives matter,” according to the victim.
Moses Brundyy, 20, was walking to work at about 7 a.m. Saturday when he was approached by a stranger near the Ballard Market.
“He asked me how I feel about black lives matter,” he said. “I told him they do. I repeated black lives matter, and he basically got me on the ground within the first punch. He started beating me up and just continued with it, and I was knocked unconscious.”

Terrible story about a person getting beat up for supporting BLM. But, there's a kicker that this story never mentions.
From King 5 News (a different source): Brudnyy told KING 5 on Wednesday that an African American man, who investigators identified as Prince, asked if he supported the Black Lives Matter movement...
Mass media sucks.
Just leave out the most pertinent part of the story.

Whoa...I am confused. I think the headline is totally bogus.
They couch it to give sympathy to BLM by CAPITALIZING. The man was quoted with lower case and in that context.

You may want to consider a couple of word editorial in parentheses in title when titles such as this are so ridiculously misleading.
Might keep you from getting flamed.

Well there wasn’t a link when it was initially posted but makes no matter as I don’t flame people.
Racist perp Soloman Prince was trying to kill Brudnyy, and thought he succeeded. Lucky for the victim a good samaritan jumped in and fought Prince off, or he might well be dead. Then it never would have been a story, like so many others...
According to the Dept of Justice, during the four-year period, 2012-2015, there were 633,000 interracial violent crimes involving whites and blacks. In 540,000 of those cases, the offender was black and the victim white.
That’s 85 percent of interracial violence involving the two races. From a group less than one-fifth the size of the group doing only 15 percent. Doing the math: blacks, per-person, commit violence against whites at a rate 30 times the reverse scenario.
Black lives matter to white people. White lives are cheap to blacks.
