It looks like the CPD is switching to a private tactical channel. Probably sending in SWAT to some locations.
Isn’t there some kind of sticky oil that smells like skunk or worse that could be sprayed over the looting crowd from an armored vehicle?
In the morning another truck could wash down the street with detergent “antidote” for the smell.
