“Mandatory gun buy-backs”
Excuse me, Mr. Government person, I didn’t buy my guns from you, so shove off.
Purchase of a weapon or any other item is the execution of a contract.
The government (any government in the US) can not abrogate a valid contract willingly entered in to.
So, involuntary buy backs are not Constitutional.
