What moderate democrats? There is no such animal at this point in history, at least not enough of them to make a difference. Obama represented the Marxist takeover of the Democrat Party, and I have no doubt that he and ValJar the Evil are running the Democrat sh*t show taking place in Democrat-run cities.
But, like you said, other than Trump and a small number of elected officials, where is the GOP? Most of them are mute, which has been their default position since 2006 or so.
Voters, not politicians. Democrat politicians have moved far to the left of a lot of their voters. Those voters need to drive the Left out of control of their party because at some point the Democrats will retake the White House. The country was lucky to survive Obama. It may not be that lucky again.
