Burr is gone now. Little Marco is nominally running the committee. In reality the GOP has outsourced the committee to the minority Democrats. How pathetic is that?

It should be noted that Burr submitted the report before he left. Several Republicans, including Rubio, included additional views in the report, saying that the report should more clearly state that the Trump campaign did not coordinate with the Russians.
But your point is well taken. It is pathetic that declaring that the Trump campaign did not coordinate with the Russians is an add on, and not the substance of the report. How the Republicans allowed this to happen is a disgrace.
