The special election for Patersons 3rd Ward City Council seat a contest prompted by allegations of voter fraud will be limited to the five candidates who ran for the office back in May, a judge ruled on Wednesday.
As part of an agreement settling a lawsuit over the previous election, Superior Judge Ernest Caposela ruled that the contest will be held on Nov. 3 and denied competing candidates requests that he appoint a special monitor and relax regulations on the way mail-in ballots are handled.

Paterson, NJ just like I pictured it: voter fraud city.
They disqualified fully 20% of the votes from the vote by mail election last spring.
