Sorry, I do not know the answers.

However, the time line for when George Floyd stopped breathing is not clear.

The prosecution claims that Floyd stopped breathing and his pulse stopped while the knee was on his neck.

However, when the ambulance arrived, the medics clearly were not acting like there was a life and death situation.

The ambulance actually drove away at normal speed.

Then, a couple minutes later, the ambulance pulled off the road and radioed for assistance from a Fire Department emergency vehicle.

Presumably, Floyd had definitely flat lined when the call went out.

Why were the techs in the ambulance not equipped to revive a flat lined patient?

I have no idea.

The coroner found no evidence of strangulation OR asphyxiation. When cops put someone’s head turned to the side they are not trying to do a knockout. This info Is in the podcast I linked earlier. Also, called for an ambulance and called again to speed them up, before he ever went down on the ground. All standard MPD procedure.
