Mail out, mail in ballots have no chain of custody. Not only does it invite and encourage fraud, it becomes inevitable.

I have a great fear that this coming November will be a nightmare. We might have litigation which will drag on till next year if this mail in voting is allowed.
If they can’t fix things in Detroit ( and in a Congressional election in New York city where it took 6 WEEKS to determine the winner ), imagine what this will look like every where else on a NATIONAL SCALE !!
