Well, Clinton gave cigar lessons to Monica for free and Biden did keep his son out of jail in Ukraine.

Interesting point; stories of disinterested acts of generosity and kindness abound for both Reagan and Trump. I have never heard of one by the Clintons or any other well-known Democrat.
My general conclusion on government and civilization is bad people do not do good things.
