Since Rittenhouse is being charged as an adult, shouldn’t the charges of a minor in possession of a firearm be thrown out?
A second person who was later identified as Anthony Huber approaches the defendant who is still on the ground, on his back. Huber has a skateboard in his right hand. When Huber reaches the defendant it appears that he is reaching for the defendant’s gun with his left hand as the skateboard makes contact with the defendant’s left shoulder. Huber appears to be trying to pull the gun away from the defendant.
Anybody watching the video would be much more likely to describe what was happening as a brutal attack on Rittenhouse. I can't imagine any DA describing an attack on a police officer who was forced to shoot his attacker the same way. By the Kenosha DA's logic somebody hitting a police officer with a club and trying to take their firearm would be "trying to pull the gun away" while their club "made contact with the officer's left shoulder".
They are spinning like tops.
What are the odds that all three of the rioters who were shot had previous criminal records? Registered sex offender (Rosenbaum), repeat domestic abuser (Huber) and intoxicated while armed w/a gun (Grosskreutz).

How many other Antifa/BLM activists apprehended by police had previous criminal records? How many were on probation? How many rioters with criminal records were released within 24 hours?

Jacob Blake Sr. (father of earlier shooting victim) is seen in a subsequent video at Milwaukee Journal. He begins with words and motions that appear like Islamic prayer. Wisconsin may be in for worse!
Rosenbaum was a hardened criminal who did at least 10 years in prison for sexual crimes. By law he was supposed to be registered as a sex offender in Wisconsin.
5.56 ball is kinda notorious for breaking at the cannelure. It can do crazy stuff. Multiple small edit wounds can result.

It is curious that the autopsy report says:
Dr. Kelley indicated that Rosenbaum had a gunshot wound to the right groin which fractured his pelvis, a gunshot wound to the back which perforated his right lung and liver, a gunshot wound to the left hand, a superficial gunshot wound to his lateral left thigh, and a graze gunshot wound to the right side of his forehead.
But in the video I saw no exit wound or bleeding is apparent on Rosenbaum's torso. Wouldn't a 5.56 mm round fired from a few feet away from a full length AR-15 barrel be likely to create both an entrance and exit wound?
Rittenhouse wasn't trying to harm anyone, he only fired his weapon to save his own life. Even when the mob was running after him he did not shoot the person who kicked him, or the mob member brandishing a club nearby.
The only reason anybody got hurt was that they attacked Rittenhouse.
The DA has some spin in the complaint suggesting that a "reported", more likely an Antifa guy, thought that Rittenhouse was handling his weapon poorly. That's not what you see on the videos.
I saw a list of offenses that he did in prison. Having a makeshift weapon. Attacking staff. LOTS of “Throwing objects at staff”.
Well, I guess he learned now that not everybody will take an attack and getting stuff thrown at them and then just report you to the warden. (No dinner tonight inmate!)
I think it’s a 26 inch barrel, but at that range, the difference is probably negligible. No idea how many bullets actually struck him, butt hitting the pelvis would have raised hell with the bullet. It may have tased before it hit. No info on the bulge type or weight. He may have bled out from the femoral artery while the ‘“medics” were applying pressure to a head wound that wasn’t pumping blood.
