Rosenbaum was a hardened criminal who did at least 10 years in prison for sexual crimes. By law he was supposed to be registered as a sex offender in Wisconsin.
I saw a list of offenses that he did in prison. Having a makeshift weapon. Attacking staff. LOTS of “Throwing objects at staff”.
Well, I guess he learned now that not everybody will take an attack and getting stuff thrown at them and then just report you to the warden. (No dinner tonight inmate!)
