So this CDC report is only what doctors filled out on a form, and not what we wish it says and that is a low death rate from COVID.

CDC guidelines require Docs to “add” “died of Covid” if there is a suspicion of infection. Not tested positive, just suspicion: Like they cough, sneeze, in same room as someone who might have Covid.
Forms and regulations are rigged to inflate numbers. Rigged by CDC. And, hospitals have no incentive to downplay ‘cause hospital is significantly reimbursed if there is a “died of Covid” notation.
