Comrade, please do not think that Mayor Kenney enjoys indoor dining. In fact he actually dislikes it. But science has shown that Mayors are exceptionally vulnerable to drafts associated with al fresco dining. In order for Mayor Kenney to continue to work for the people, it is necessary for him to occasionally endure an indoor meal at a restaurant.
Sadly only metaphorically.
