Knew this was coming out today cause one judge retiring Aug 31. Very sad. Will SCOTUS take the case?
SCOTUS won’t take the case. If they did, they would affirm the DC court, since it’s the farm team for SCOTUS. Either way, not taking it up or affirming it, it’s the same result. Flynn is screwed.
