I can’t believe that is an actual plan- I think they are just stupid.
They all have been given the order to march and so they did. If you believe antifa (small bands directed and redirected to a city near you) are run by the deep state, CIA FBI and BLM is their blind army then we can see why every rat governor and mayor of these burned out cities and towns are all acting in lock step, ordered not to take trumps help and threatened from within
