Are the Indians managers? If they are, they may be getting regular kickbacks from their direct H1B reports.
A lot of H1B’s are in management now so that may explain it.
That H4EAD thing is a REAL scam.
The resumes are 99% fake. The husbands, eager for the second income, think they are Scott Boros and turn into Superagents trying to sell them into IT jobs. They write the fake resumes, arrange for the proxy interviewers, stick their nose in salary negotiations, etc.
It’s not in the law and it;s a mystery to me why Trump has not ditched it yet.
