Falls under a Fed DA now for those arrested by these troopers. That is how the Feds bypass the local DAs and nothing the mayor can do or the governor except to fire all these troopers but then they are still under the purview of the feds.

Feds use the federal AG not the local State DA.

Doesn’t it mean that if arrested by Federal Officers those arrested would appear in a Federal court? The local DA has no say over their arrest or dismissing any charges.

Once deputized the State Police are legally deputy US Marshals. Once in their hands these rioting democrat criminals are screwed if they violated some federal law (which they will😎). Then it's through the federal ringer and off to Leavenworth we go!😃
