Yep. I don't know a single person who believes a word Fauci says anymore for the exact reason you cited: the constant flip-flopping.
For example: Remember when Fauci said the virus would be gone by November?

The interesting yet sinister thing about this constant gaslighting, is that if this was North Korea, the propaganda would all go in one direction. What we have here is a different modus, eg; the information/disinformation goes one way one week and the opposite way the week after.
