Being able to keep his promise means no one can divide the land or keep it divided for long, making all the threats and curses superfluous. Feel free to disagree.
“... no one can divide the land or keep it divided for long,...”
No matter how you intend that, since “one day is with The LORD as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day” the meaning of “long” dims to irrelevance.
The extant reality is that Israel does not now include all of the land that YHVH promised to Jacob, current plans are not aimed at fixing that situation, but making it WORSE, and THAT’S a problem for us all.
For behold, in those days and at that time, when I restore the fortunes of Judah and Jerusalem, I will gather ALL THE NATIONS and bring them down to the Valley of Jehoshaphat. And let’s not be misled about Who’s land it is:
The land shall not be sold in perpetuity, for THE LAND IS MINE. For you are strangers and sojourners with me.
Leviticus 25:23
The land will remain divided until The End.
And all nations will pay.
