Joe has lost a lot in just 4 years. He is not capable of that conversation now.
The difference is quite stark. Frankly, if that Joe were to win, I would be less concerned than this Joe(and either would be bad, it's degrees of bad here). This Joe is going to get pushed aside and the Kamala crew will jam their lefty agenda down our throats. This Joe won't even finish his term without making booboo in his pants.
