Home owner is going to own the police station with his law suit. Arrested for being seen through a window of his own home holding a shotgun while a mob is outside his home and the police call it brandishing a weapon? Beyond insane and unconstitutional. When you are on your own property and inside your own home holding a personal weapon is not illegal in any way. The police are way out of bounds here. This is just insane.

The police did not show up until the protesters called. The police choose not to enforce local laws to shut down the protest.
He could have been holding it cleaning it, hardly an arrestable offense.
