As an older American in the early stages of dementia, this makes me so sad. How are his family standing by and letting him be frustrated, embarrassed, mocked, laughed at and all the rest. I don’t go out and I have to deal with all that. To be on the National stage, I feel like this is elder abuse. We should be ashamed as a nation that this is allowed to continue. And Joe is paying the price for everyone else’s dreams to come true. ☹️

I agree. Whatever you feel about Joe Biden, it is painful to watch, both for his sake and America’s!

My wife’s uncle went through the same kind of dementia.
We gradually kept him away from embarassing himself.
He knew it was going on.
What Jill Biden is doing is freaking evil and selfish.

Joe isn’t so bad off when he can and does take huge swipes at Trump without skipping a beat. Further he knew 4 yrs ago he was declining and yet chose to run this race knowing what this would mean. I don’t believe he has any problem going through this....he wants to be President regardless.
